It is my great honor and pleasure to invite you to the XVI ISA Congress, which will be held
in the cosmopolitan city of Buenos Aires, Argentina November 11 to 14, 2026. Held every
two years (one every four years as a joint Congress with ESA), the 2026 ISA stand-alone
meeting will bring together distinguished strabismologists, pediatric ophthalmologists,
orthoptists, researchers, and industry members worldwide.
This congress will be particularly special as we celebrate the organization's 60th
anniversary of its founding in 1966 in Giessen, Germany. ISA is the only world
organization exclusively dedicated to studying and researching Strabismus and Binocular
Vision.
 This event promises to be a great opportunity for all practitioners in the fields of
strabismus and binocular vision to come together and share knowledge, exchange ideas,
and explore the latest developments in these areas. You will have the opportunity to share
your expertise, connect with global leaders, and be part of groundbreaking advancements
that will shape the future of our Subspecialty. 
Our scientific program committee is designing an outstanding program. I'd like to invite
you to contribute your expertise by submitting papers.
